We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: * Final Sale/"Specials" items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it is defective or the wrong item was sent (photo proof required).

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Send your request to service@inlyline.com.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship It: Include the product list with the Product ID. A tracking number is mandatory for us to process your refund or exchange. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Full refund guaranteed if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 Hours (Unshipped): A 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.

  • Shipped Orders: We cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched.

4. Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at service@inlyline.com with photos of the defect. We will prioritize your replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

  • Processing: Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package.

  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10–20 business days (depending on your bank).

  • No Re-stocking Fees: We do not charge customers a re-stocking fee for returns.
